About the Role

Rand Road Animal Hospital has been proudly caring for pets and their families in the Palatine community since 1970! We’re a full-service, small animal clinic with an updated, well-equipped facility—and an even more amazing team. We’re looking for a Lead Client Services Representative to be the friendly, organized, and compassionate first point of contact for our clients.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

As our Lead CSR, you’ll be the face (and voice!) of Rand Road Animal Hospital. You’ll:

  • Welcome clients in person, by phone, and via email with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and manage our appointment book
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and help balance our daily totals
  • Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
